Our Portal provides resources, directory listings, event registrations, and downloads for CBSE affiliated schools. To access certain restricted portal features, schools must register an account:

• Account Accuracy: Registered schools must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep profile details updated.
• Credential Responsibility: Schools are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login passwords and for all activity occurring under their account.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify the Sahodaya administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your portal account or any other breach of security.

3. Membership Subscriptions & Payments

Membership in the Sahodaya Schools Complex is open to qualifying educational institutions based on CBSE affiliation requirements:

• Annual Subscription: Schools must pay the designated annual membership fee to maintain directory listings and access member benefits.
• Event Fees: Separate participation fees may apply for student competitions, sports matches, conferences, or teacher workshops.
• Refund Policy: All membership fees, conference subscriptions, and event registration fees paid through the portal are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, design layouts, software code, logos, icons, and text displayed on this website are the property of Sahodaya School Complex Pune or its content contributors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Member schools are granted a limited license to access and download official documents, formats, and circulars for their internal school operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content on this site for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

5. User Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, professional, and collaborative digital environment, all users agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content in portal forums or registration pages.
